Research Use Only: All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human consumption.

30-Day Defective or Incorrect Item Window: Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items reported within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund: Email info@aminofuellabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged or defective. Our team reviews claims within 2 business days.

Resolution: Approved claims are resolved with a replacement shipment or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used items, and items returned due to a change of mind, are not eligible for return or refund.
