Refund & Return Policy

Research Use Only: All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes and are not for human consumption.

15-Day Return Window: Unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items must also be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Return Postage: A $10 postage fee applies to returned items. This fee is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

How to Request a Refund: Email info@aminofuellabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged or defective. Our team reviews claims within 2 business days.

Resolution: Approved returns and claims are resolved with a replacement shipment or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
