Testing and Documentation for Research Peptides

This page describes only the analytical documentation Amino Fuel Labs can show you. For each method we state what it measures and, just as importantly, what it does not prove. Where we hold no documentation, we make no claim.

All products are supplied for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic application.

Analytical methods we document

Reversed-phase HPLC (purity)

What it measures: Separates the target peptide from process-related impurities and reports the target peak as a percentage of total peak area for the tested lot.

What it does not prove: It does not confirm molecular identity on its own, does not measure sterility or endotoxin content, and does not describe biological activity.

Mass spectrometry (identity)

What it measures: Compares the measured molecular mass of the tested material against the expected mass of the declared sequence, confirming identity for that lot.

What it does not prove: It does not quantify purity, does not detect every co-eluting impurity, and says nothing about handling after the material leaves the laboratory.

Lot matching

What it measures: Each Certificate of Analysis is tied to a specific lot number printed on the vial label so documentation and material can be reconciled on receipt.

What it does not prove: A certificate for one lot never applies to another lot, and a matching document does not verify storage conditions during transit or in your facility.

What we do not claim

We do not claim ISO or cGMP accreditation, USP compliance, cleanroom classification, sterility testing, endotoxin screening, or domestic synthesis. If a supplier states those things, ask for the certificate that carries the accrediting body, the scope, and an expiry date.

Verify a document

Every listed compound has a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis in the COA library. Compare the lot number on the certificate with the lot printed on the vial before use in any protocol.
