Every lot Amino Fuel Labs releases is COA tested by an independent laboratory. This page explains what a COA should contain, how to verify one, and where our lab reports live. What a Certificate of Analysis should show
At minimum: peptide name, lot number, manufacture and retest dates, appearance, analytical method, and measured purity. A COA without a lot number cannot be matched to a vial and is documentation in name only. Where mass confirmation is relevant, the report should also include mass spectrometry data confirming molecular weight against the expected value.
Matching the COA to the vial
The verification step most often skipped is the simplest one: compare the lot number printed on the vial against the lot number on the certificate. A supplier-wide sample COA reused across every order tells you nothing about the material you received. We issue lot-matched documentation and archive the underlying chromatograms so a specific vial can be traced back to its analysis.
How our testing program runs
Lots are screened by a third-party analytical laboratory using reverse-phase HPLC, with mass spectrometry where appropriate. Results are reviewed before release; a lot that fails verification is held. Retain samples are kept for follow-up testing so a question raised months later can still be answered against the original material.
