Mechanism of action
Tα1 activates dendritic cells and T-cell maturation via TLR-9 and TLR-2 signaling. It increases Th1 cytokine production (IL-2, IFN-γ), upregulates MHC class I expression and shifts the immune response toward cell-mediated immunity — relevant to viral infection, sepsis and immunocompromised states.
